Dozo Sushi

I stumbled across this absolute gem by accident when I met the owner and asked him what he was doing that day. The conversation ended with him giving me a hand-written note to his staff saying that he would comp our meal if we went and tried his new restaurant.

Ever since that first meal, I have had no desire to eat sushi anywhere else. The rolls are unique and perfectly executed every time. Go eat at Dozo.
